- If one of your customers is interested in getting a quote from your brand through Facebook Messenger, they can now do that by clicking on the “Quote Request” button. Currently in testing mode, this new feature will allow you to choose a maximum of five questions that you might want to ask your customers before beginning an interaction with them, so that you can provide them with the most customized and accurate quote right away.
- Instagram has announced a range of new paid and organic additions that are currently (or soon) being tested, and that aim to help businesses find more quality leads on the platform. In the works: Facebook work accounts
According to Facebook developers, the platform is in the process of testing a new feature known as “work accounts.” As the name suggests, these will be business-focused accounts available on Facebook and aimed at helping social media managers access the Business Manager account separately from their private account, with single sign-on.
