Acceptance of Terms

By using Gaasly's services, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.

Service Description

Gaasly provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and analytics. The scope of services is defined separately with each client.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, use services lawfully, not share your credentials, and notify us of any suspected security breaches.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the contract. Invoices must be paid by the due date. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Intellectual Property

Gaasly owns all rights to its services and methodologies. Materials produced for clients transfer to client ownership upon payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Gaasly is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or other consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Notice periods and termination conditions are defined separately in each contract.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation.
